The PTS Flourish Facilitation Team is the heartbeat of the Flourish project —dedicated leaders, educators, and ministry practitioners who work hands-on with churches and pastors to implement Flourish principles. This dynamic team provides training, coaching, and support to help local churches experience revitalization and long-term spiritual growth.


With a deep passion for pastoral health, church vitality, and Spirit-empowered ministry, the Facilitation Team brings practical experience and theological grounding to every Flourish engagement. They guide congregations through proven frameworks for assessment, vision clarity, leadership development, and strategic action—ensuring that each church’s unique context is honored and empowered for transformation.


Whether leading workshops, coaching pastors, or equipping local teams, the Facilitation Team serves with humility, wisdom, and a shared commitment to seeing the Body of Christ flourish.
